Pippa attends friend’s wedding in Somerset with sister Kate

Tom Higham managed to get this blurry picture of Pippa and was kind enough to share it with us:

Pippa’s outfit:

We can make out that Pippa is wearing the Alice by Temperley Rana dress, and this was easy to identify thanks to the dress’s signature colours and textures as seen in Temperley’s most recent collections.  Props to Shelby who first identified the exact style over on our Facebook page.   The dress features intricate embroidery, a full skirt, delicate frilly sleeves and a full buttoning front.

The 100% cotton dress originally retailed at £445 but recently entered the sale at £267.  It was already sold out when Shelby identified it.

Back to the wedding outfit:  Pippa’s hair was tied back in a chignon style, which was pretty and demure giving a soft, vintage look that matched the styling of her dress.  However, her large black netted hat, in my opinion, was slightly off the mark:  it overpowered the whole look.  I would like to have seen her with something more subtle, like a fascinator;

Pippa wore a pair of swirly gold earrings and a pair of black satin pumps finished the outfit.
