Pippa brightened our day in this lovely ruffly, lacy black dress, camel coloured jacket, gold shoes and black handbag:

Dress:  Unknown

Jacket:  Whistles, past season.

Handbag: Tabitha Limited Edition Studded Stardust bag.

Gold shoes:  The designer of Pippa’s shoes is still unknown, though one of our readers Allie thinks they could be Repetto Bb Metallic Ballet Flats:

“Pebbled leather ballerina flats in metallic bronze. Round toe with bow detail. Tonal grosgrain ribbon trim at top line. Canvas lining. Leather sole.”

They a near-identical match.  However, on closer inspection, the soles of Pippa’s shoes look black and the Repetto shoes appear to have a cream sole in the picture on the website linked above.

If you’re looking for a gold shoe these French Connection shoes are similar, but these also have the wrong colour sole.  However, they’re so similar that they’ll work fantastically if you’re looking to replicate Pippa’s look for yourself.

The same day Tanya, one of our readers, posted that she had found the exact pair of boots on eBay.  She informed us that the boots are by ‘Kate Kuba‘ and the style is the ‘Marvin’.

I contacted Kate Kuba on Facebook, where a member of the team excitedly explained that they remember seeing Pippa shopping regularly in their Kings Road store when it was open, before the Royal Wedding.  So it looks like Tanya’s ID is spot on!

I asked Kate Kuba to email me with any information regarding the boot and they confirmed it was an older design:

“The Marvin boot is from 2 seasons ago, and is a fashionable mid heel ankle boot from Kate Kuba. It is cast in rich leather (suede) and features lace up front and cone shape heel. Suede upper/Leather sole/2″ heel.  Originally £129”

Where to buy:

Because the shoe is from a past season, it’s no longer for sale on the Kate Kuba website.  You can, however, buy this exact boot on eBay at the moment in UK size 2.5.  They’re currently listed at £25. Click here to see them on eBay.

As I said over on our Facebook page, Pippa’s outfit today is right up my street (I really like it!).   Today she paired simple monochrome pieces with an injection of bright red with her Prada bag.  She finished the outfit off with gold earrings and the shoe boots she has been wearing a lot recently!

Dress: Pippa’s black dress is by Tanya and it’s the Cleopatra, which retails at £399.00 (Thanks for the ID Pauline!) It features cute gold buttons on little panels, which show off her tiny waist!

Bag:  Pippa is carrying her red Prada bag, which we’ve seen previously.

Scarf:  I believe Pippa is wearing an ‘Alice by Temperley’ scarf, named the ‘Panthera’, costing £54.99. Click here to view.  (Thanks to Cherry for the tip!) Pippa wore this scarf again recently, again with a monocrome outfit & red accent.

I call that a fashion bargain!

You can see Pippa in smart/casual attire walking to work.  She wore a black and red checked shirt, black skinny jeans and some pointy black heels (or pumps for American friends!) Pippa was also holding her Modalu handbag, which has been named after her:

She has worn the boots several times recently, including dressing the boot up at the Temperley show for London Fashion Week and around London paired with jeans giving off a more smart/casual look.
